📝 Ingredients

  • 250ml More than Milk
  • 1 tbsp Badam Pisin (almond gum)
  • Water (to soak badam pisin)
  • 1–2 tbsp Sarsaparilla root syrup (Nannari)
  • 1–2 tsp Sugar (adjust as needed)
  • 1 scoop Ice cream (any flavor)
  • 1 tsp Chopped mixed nuts
  • 1 Tall glass (for serving)

👩‍🍳 Method

  1. Rinse and soak badam pisin overnight. It will swell into a jelly-like texture. Strain and keep aside.
  2. Mix More than Milk with a little sugar (if needed). Chill the mixture.
  3. In a tall glass, add 3 tbsp of the soaked badam pisin at the bottom.
  4. Add 1–2 tsp sarsaparilla syrup on top.
  5. Pour in the chilled milk mixture, filling ¾ of the glass.
  6. Top with a scoop of ice cream of your choice.
  7. Add another small dash of syrup and garnish with chopped nuts.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing goodness!
