A nutritious twist to traditional kheer, packed with high protein.
Ingredients:

1 Bottle of XLR8 More Than Milk

2 tbsp basmati rice (washed & soaked for 20 minutes)

1 tbsp chopped almonds

1 tbsp chopped cashews

1 tbsp raisins
-
3–4 cardamom pods (crushed)

1–2 tbsp jaggery or sugar (adjust to taste)

A few saffron strands (optional)
Method:
- Heat XLR8 More Than Milk in a heavy-bottom pan on low flame.
- Add soaked rice and cook on low flame, stirring every 2–3 minutes so it doesn’t stick.
- Add sugar or jaggery and cook for 20–25 minutes till rice is soft and milk reduces to a creamy consistency.
- Add chopped almonds, cashews, and raisins.
- Add crushed cardamom pods and a pinch of saffron strands.
- Pour it into a bowl and enjoy protein-rich rice kheer.
