Kesar Badam Milk Recipe

A warm, nutritious drink with the richness of saffron and nuts—perfect for mornings or post-workout recovery.

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Soak saffron in 2 tbsp warm More Than Milk and keep aside.

  2. Blend soaked almonds and cashews with a little milk into a smooth paste.

  3. Heat the remaining More Than Milk on low flame.

  4. Add the nut paste and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

  5. Add cardamom powder, saffron milk, and chopped pistachios.

  6. Sweeten lightly with jaggery or honey if required.

  7. Simmer for 3–5 minutes and turn off the heat.

  8.  Pour it into a glass and enjoy high-protein kesar badam milk.
